What's next?

Once we have your artwork and the design is in progress it's a good idea to make sure that you don't miss out on any opportunity with the campaign, here's some helpful tips which you should consider now to make the most of your campaign.

Remember that this is a multi-level campaign!
Your exposure starts as soon as we add your company to the online portal, this is not like you may be used to with a print only product - your name is already associated with the agent via the portal, and it is already being pushed to search engines and updated by our design team.

Helping you market your business

Use the campaign resources online:

You will have received, via email, a link to your landing page within the Campaign Portal which we call the “Smart Mag”.

This link will not change, it is static for the period of your campaign, so you can start using it right away within social media, websites and emails.

We would recommend that you use your portal link wherever possible, on all your digital platforms (social media) to increase your exposure potential.

We also recommend posting links to your campaign portal (and the main campaign welcome page) on your website and email signatures.

This will all help to influence potential customers and show that you are endorsed by a respected local agent, are involved in a local network and will help boost your exposure by organic means.

To recap:

  • Add your link to your website.
  • Add your link to your emails.
  • Promote the content on Social Media
  • Tell everyone!

Some extra details:

Our customer care team will be in contact on a regular basis to make sure you are using the full potential of this marketing campaign to help drive your  business forward.

Don't forget that if you requested extra copy for your portal - we will need to ensure that is placed in for you, likewise if you desire a specific logo to be used.

If you have requested access to the events/timings system, then we will need to know dates for your offers too.

We will go through, with the Agent, the whole network of their supporting businesses as they have agreed to support and promote each and every business wherever possible.

We also suggest you drop off a supply of your leaflets and/or business cards for the agents to hand out to prospective clients where appropriate.

If the campaign includes hard copy distribution you will be posted a print copy of the brochure as soon as it has cleared the print process, this can take some time as we need to be absolutely certain that everything is perfect and correct for all parties.

Maximise your marketing investment:

Take time to make contact with the Agent as soon as possible, preferably face to face and introduce or re-introduce your company, this will reinforce your relationship as part of their own marketing campaign and their supporting  business network.

Converse with all the management and staff to explain how your business will be valuable to their customers.

It is good business sense for all to grow this partnership. It is important that all the staff are aware of the full range  of services or products you can offer home movers and identify any clients or properties where an introduction could be beneficial.

Make sure to keep in contact after your first visit, and keep the estate agents up to date on your business information.

Staying fresh in their minds during the campaign and after will lead to a mutually beneficial working relationship and more referrals and business sent your way.

Try and make contact with other local businesses involved in the agents marketing campaign. This will form a working relationship that may lead to  referrals between the network of supporting businesses.
